DESCRIPTION:Due to the rain this weekend we are going to reschedule the fellowship in January.   \n  \n   \n  \n  \n Come Join us at Camp V Bar for our Fall Induction weekend!!! \n  \n  \n OA members please come for a weekend of fellowship \n  \n  \n Lodge elections will be held to elect the 2026 Lodge Chief and other lodge officers! \n  \n  \n the first 95 registered participants will receive a special limited edition Lodge Flap, the last in this years set of flaps \n  \n  \n   \n  \n  \n There will be a Vigil Induction on Friday evening for our 2025 Vigil Class. \n  \n  \n   \n  \n  \n All OA members are expected to bring their own tent.  1 scout per tent. \n  \n  \n   \n  \n  \n Chilantakoba Lodge highly encourages units to send adults to events with their youth.  If the unit will not be sending adults please contact the Lodge Adviser or your Chapter Adviser. \n  \n  \n According to new BSA policy that went into affect in September, all overnight attendees must have a current BSA registration and adults must be current with youth protection. \n  \n  \n Please contact the Lodge Adviser, Matt Mims, with any questions.  mmims10@gmail.com \n
